You may return a ROADVORA V02 order for any reason within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. To receive free return shipping, contact us first and use the designated partner-carrier label or collection instructions that we provide. Do not send a parcel to an address shown on the original package without authorization.
Reasonable inspection and initial testing are allowed. Please return the product with its supplied accessories, cables, adapters, case or bag, and available original packaging. Damage caused by misuse, modification, accident, liquid ingress, improper storage or missing components may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, where permitted by law.
We inspect an authorized return after receipt and notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
Contact us promptly with photographs or video of the product, packaging and shipping label. A verified quality issue reported within 180 days after delivery qualifies for a free replacement. The separate 2-year limited warranty continues after that period. These terms do not limit any non-waivable rights provided by applicable consumer law.
